Are they bigger? Now a bit of the little ones can be seen from the side of the nest. The parents are now quite vocal; while the side of the nestbox is open, you can hear an insistent "dee dee dee" from a parent waiting on a nearby branch with a fresh insect in its beak.
The quills of the feathers continue to lengthen; Some white speckles have begun to appear on the tops of the heads.
